  1. Handling the grouping. 
    I realize it should be based on Department + Part of Machine + Interval, that is fine. But how should this be saved in Odoo? Workcenter? Where Department is a workcenter? Would most likely require quite hefty manual mapping. In the title? Would be easy, but not elegant.

    Answer.
    Map department into a workcenter. Maintain a reference to that.

  2. Structure for each "Smøreplan" and "Filter".
    How should these be created? The original plan was to create a bunch of activities, and have it auto-renew, however this doesn't seem like it is possible. So what now?

    Answer.
    Don't create them as activities. Rather, they should be created as a checklist inside of the "Notes" field.
    This is due to a limitation of how the Odoo maintenance.request works.


Notes

The smøremidel informationer should be written down in the Notes field.

If the lubrication plan has a reference to a smøremidel that don't exist (maybe cuz deactivated), then write something like: "Ukendt Smøremidel (gammel tekst fra Fipen: Rocol Belt Dressing Spray)".

If no "ansvarlig" then default to "Svend Meyer".

Don't upload any document. That entire system gotta change anyways, so for now, don't sync them. We gotta find out what structure to use, how to handle it.

Title / name should be something like "Smørring - 180 Dage" (with filter, it should obv. be "Filter - 180 Dage").
